Equipment You'll need 4 pre-soaked bamboo skewers.

Ingredients (serves 4)

1 red delicious apple, cored, cut into 8 wedges
1 granny smith apple, cored, cut into 8 wedges
1 tablespoon caster sugar
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
Reduced-fat vanilla yoghurt, to serve

Method

Thread red and green apple wedges alternately onto skewers. Place on a baking tray lined with foil. Brush skewers lightly with water.

Preheat grill on medium-high. Combine sugar and cinnamon in a bowl. Sprinkle over skewers. Grill for 6 minutes or until sugar has melted and apple has just softened. Serve with yoghurt.
