Cinnamon Sunflower Seed Energy Bites
recipe adapted from Smashed Peas and Carrots
Makes 24 bites
Ingredients
1-1/2 cup oats
1 cup flaked coconut
1/3 cup honey
1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
1 tsp cinnamon
1/2 cup sunflower seeds
1/2 cup ground flax seed
Directions
Combine all ingredients in a large bowl and mix together until thoroughly combined. Refrigerate for 15-30 minutes then roll into walnut-sized balls. Store in an airtight container and keep refrigerated for up to a week.
