Mexican Wedding Cakes Recipe

INGREDIENTS:
1 cup butter, softened
1/2 cup powdered sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 1/4 cups flour
1/4 teaspoon salt
3/4 cup pecans, finely chopped
powdered sugar
PREPARATION:
Heat oven to 400F degrees. Mix butter, powdered sugar and the vanilla. Stir in flour, salt and nuts, Shape into 1-inch balls. Place on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake until set but not brown, 8 to 9 minutes. Roll in powdered sugar again.
