There has never been an easier way to get veggies into your diet than with this amazing coleslaw. To make it a healthier option, then use low fat mayonnaise, I like to add a few caraway seeds and 1/2 teaspoon of mustard powder for a special kick.
Ingredients
1 cabbage sliced finely
1 large Carrot peeled and grated
1/2 large white onion sliced finely
1/2 medium red onion sliced finely
5 tablespoons mayonnaise (Reduced fat is good here also)
Combine all the ingredients in a large bowl - tastes even better on the second day if adding mustard powder and caraway seeds. poppy seeds look good too
