The roasted cauliflower with asiago and orange recipe prep time: 10 minutes start to finish: 40 minutes 10 servings (1⁄2 cup each)
Ingredients:
3 tablespoons olive oil
1⁄2 teaspoon salt
1⁄2 teaspoon grated orange peel
1⁄4 teaspoon pepper
2 lb fresh caulifl ower florets
1 cup shredded Asiago cheese (4 oz)
Method:
1 Heat oven to 450°F. In large bowl, mix oil, salt, orange peel and pepper. Add caulifl ower; toss until evenly coated. Place mixture in ungreased 15×10×1-inch pan.
2 Roast 20 to 25 minutes. Stir; sprinkle with cheese. Bake 1 to 2 minutes longer or until cheese is melted.
Notes and Tips:
It’s easy to use shredded Parmesan instead of the shredded Asiago cheese.
