Ingredients:
1 bag of whole wheat penne pasta
1 bushel of cabbage
4 cups sliced mushrooms
Olive Oil
Salt / pepper
Parmesan Cheese
Preparation:
First take two pans and a large pot. Turn both pans with oil and place over medium heat. When oil has heated, add the sliced mushrooms in a pan and chopped cabbage others. Fry until golden mushrooms and kale until just slightly crisp. Fill the pot with water, a splash of olive oil, and set your heat to high. Bring water to boil and add the penne. Cook about 8-12 minutes or until done.Serve the pasta first, and mushrooms and kale on top. Add salt, pepper and Parmesan cheese to taste. Enjoy!
