Favorite Protein Shake

I love a protein shake after a good workout.  Your body needs the protein to help build lean muscle mass.  I have tried MANY protein powders on the market and the two below are my favorites.  Enjoy~

Chocolate Banana Protein Shake

1 scoop BSN lean dessert chocolate fudge pudding protein powder (or Tera's Whey chocolate protein)
3 ice cubes
1/2 frozen banana(I peel, slice in half and freeze bananas in ziploc bags for my shakes)
8 oz vitacoco coconut water
8oz  45 calorie almond breeze chocolate almond milk
1 packet truvia.
Mix all ingredients in a blender and enjoy!
