How to make Kadhai Corn Paneer

Corn and paneer are loved by everyone. So here it's a homemade recipe for Kadhai Corn Paneer. It's a great combination of corn and paneer. It's a healthy, easy and testy Indian vegetable recipe. It can be served with Indian bread - roti, naan etc.


Preparation time - 10 minutes
Cooking time - 15 minutes
Serves - 4 person


Ingredients to make Kadhai Corn Paneer:


250 grams paneer - cottage cheese
10 to 15 baby corn
2 onions finely chopped
3 tomatoes finely chopped
1 capsicum finely chopped
2 table spoons oil
1/2 tea spoon turmeric powder
1 table spoon red chili powder
1 1/2 tea spoon ginger garlic paste
1/4 tea spoon cumin seeds
Salt to taste
1 tea spoon roasted cumin powder
1 tea spoon dry fenugreek leaves - kasuri methi


For garnishing:


Finely chopped coriander leaves


Method to make Kadhai Corn Paneer:

  • Par boil thin slices of baby corns. Keep aside.
  • Cut paneer in medium size cubes. Keep aside.
  • In a pan heat oil and add cumin seeds. When it crackles add ginger garlic paste, cook for 1 minute. 
  • Add chopped onion and cook till light brown. When cooked add tomatoes and dry masalas. Pour water if needed.
  • Let it cook properly. Add baby corn,capsicum and paneer and cook for 2 to 3 minutes.
  • Garnish with chopped coriander leaves. Hot and healthy Kadhai Corn Paneer is ready to serve. 
Tips to make Kadhai Corn Paneer more testy:
  • Instead of baby corn corn can be used.
  • For better result always use fresh homemade paneer.
