Marinated Pork Ribs Recipe

Ingredients:
  • 2 pounds pork ribs (Makes 4 servings)
Marinade:
  • 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1/2 cup soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon minced garlic
  • 1 tablespoon minced ginger
  • 3 tablespoons honey
  • 1/8 teaspoon crushed red pepper
Preparation:
  • Combine all marinade ingredients and mix well.
  • Place ribs in a shallow baking dish (non metal).
  • Pour marinade evenly over pork ribs. Cover and refrigerate 4-6 hours, turning ribs once.
  • Wipe excess marinade from meat.
  • Bake in 375° F. oven for about 1 hour or until tender.
