- Get your sticks in water so that they don't get burned.
- Ask your fishmonger to clean and cut in squares your cuttlefish. Once home clean under tap water and reserve.
- Peel the shrimps and reserve.
- Peel a piece of the pineapple and make dices out of it.
- Cut 4 slices of pineapple to get the sticks in it.
- Clean and cut the pepper and the cherry tomatoes.
- Prepare the skewers and grill them or BBQ or cook them at the upper rack of the oven. I did them "a la plancha" with some olive oil. Keep on turning them and when they are ready add a bit of extra virgin olive oil on top, the maldon salt and black ground pepper.
