Ingredients
Premade thin pizza crust, 3 links of chorizo sausage (8ounces), Monterey jack cheese with or without jalapenos (8 ounces), bottled Mexican cheese dip with jalapenos (3/4c), finely chopped green peppers (1/4c), finely chopped red onions (1/4c), red enchilada sauce (1/2c).

Method of preparation:-
First heat the oven to 450 degrees. Take chorizo sausage, crumble it and fry it according to the instructions of package. Keep the sausage to cool. Take enchilada sauce and spread it over the pizza and then add the cooled sausage over it. Then place the remaining ingredients in layers. First red onions, then green peppers, then Mexican dipping cheese and then shredded Monterey jack cheese. Turn down the temperature of oven to 425 degrees and then place the pizza on oven rack and bake it for about 10 minutes. When the pizza gets ready then takes it out from oven and keeps it to cool. Then cut the pizza in slices and serve it.
