Learn, how to make choco surprise a delicious chocolaty cup cake with melted chocolate
Choco surprise is a easy version of choco lava cake or chocolate volcano. In this recipe one can feel melted chocolate between chocolate cup cakes. It is very delicious hot desert.

Ingredients of Choco surprise:
Chocolate Brownie : : 350 gram
For Chocolate Truffle Sauce :
Single fat creme : 100 gram
Shredded dark chocolate : 100 gram
Shredded milk chocolate : 25 gram
For Garnishing:
Chocolate sauce
Chocolate chips
For Serving:
Vanilla ice cream
Method to make Choco Surprise:
- Take a microwave proof bowl and heat cream for 40 seconds, then add shredded dark and milk chocolate and mix well. Chocolate truffle sauce is ready.
- Now crush brownie in grinder. Make dough of paratha by using brownie and chocolate truffle sauce.
- Make 8 small balls of equal size and 8 little bigger balls of equal size. Now take a small disposable cup and make cup shape from medium size ball. Repeat the procedures for all 8 medium balls. Put them in the refrigerator for 20 -25 minutes or in freezer for 5 to 10 minutes.
- After that pour chocolate truffle up to ¾ levels in it, again freeze it for 20 – 25 minutes or deep freeze for 5 -6 minutes.
- Now cover them with the small balls by spreading it. Again freeze or deep freeze them.
- Our Choco Surprise is ready now.
- For serving heat, those 10 second if they are at room temperature and for 20 seconds if they are from refrigerator.
- Serve hot Choco Surprise with a scoop full of vanilla ice cream after garnishing with chocolate sauce and chocolate chips.
