Healthy brownie (wheat flour)

Delicious egg less healthy chocolate brownie made from wheat flour.


As we, all knows cakes and brownies are very popular now a day. But it’s a fact that they all are made from hard flour. So from my side this is an honest try to make good and healthy brownie from wheat flour.


Serves - 6 persons
Preparation time – 10 minute
Cooking time – 8 minute




Brownie Bucket-Half GallonIngredients to make Healthy Brownie:




Wheat flour        : 1 cup sugar 
Crushed sugar    : 1 cup
Baking soda       : ½ tea spoon
Cooking soda    : ½ tea spoon
Vanilla essence  : ¼ tea spoon
Coco powder    : 3 table spoon
Milk                  : 1 cup
Butter                : 5o gram




Method to make Healthy Brownie:


1.  Sift wheat flour, coco powder, baking soda and cooking soda together 3 to 4 times.
2.  Add crushed sugar, vanilla essence and 1 cup butter to them. Now add melted butter and mix well. Add     some milk if required.
3. Grease a microwave proof bowl and pour cake mixture in it.
4. Bake it for 8 minutes in microwave at high temperature.
5. Remove from microwave and let it be cool at room temperature.
6. If required do icing on Healthy brownie.
