This is a new sweet version of pizza. A sweet fruity pizza, which contains fruits as well as cream also. Means it's no more fast food but it's a sweet dish full of calcium and vitamins.

Ingredients to make Pizza:
8”dia.sponge cake | : | 1 |
Mix fruit jam | : | 1 cup |
Whipped sweet cream | : | 1 cup |
Chopped mix fruits (grapes, kiwi, strawberry, orange) | : | 1 ½ cup |
Mix nut | : | 1table spoon |
Grated white chocolate (opt) | : | ¼ cup |
- Cut vanilla sponge cake into 2 horizontally,so that it can make 2 pizza base.
- Bake it for few minutes to make it crispy.
- Apply jam on a base,then apply whipped sweet cream.
- Spread finely chopped fresh fruits properly.(soak cut fruits in sugar syrup for 20 minutes.)
- Spread grated white chocolate on it.(you can avoid this.)
- Put in refrigerator for 30 minutes. cut in to 8 pieces like pizza and Serve cold.
