How to make Vegetable Fried Rice Recipe

Ingredients:
  • 4 tablespoons oil
  • 1/2 thinly sliced onion
  • 1 tablespoon garlic paste
  • 2 diced carrots
  • 8 chopped green beans
  • 1/4 cup thinly sliced cabbage
  • 1 diced dried pepper
  • 4 diced baby corn ears
  • Salt to taste
  • 2 cups cooked rice
  • 1/2 teaspoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon white pepper powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon ajinomoto (msg)
  • Green onion, sliced or diced, for garnish
Method:

Oil in a pan to heat, add onion and garlic paste and sautee until onions are transparent.

Add carrots, green beans, cabbage, diced pepper and baby corn ears and continue cooking for 10 minutes.

Add salt and rice and mix well.
Soy sauce, vinegar, pepper powder and add aginomoto. Mix well and remove from heat.

Garnish with green onions and serve hot.
