- 2 cups Raw Rice
- 2½ cups Urad Dal
- 1 large Onion (chopped)
- 4 Green Chilies
- Salt (to taste)
- 1/2 tsp Peppercorn
- 2 cups Oil
Put lentils and rice in water and leave it for 5 hours.
Drain it and grind to make a paste.
Grind rice and lentils in separate peppercorn paste mixture.
Now chopped onion, green pepper and add salt and it's like a batter.
Heat oil in pan.
Ball of batter and deep fry them in small parts like shape, take it.
Fry balls until they are golden brown.
Medu Vada is ready!
