- Bread: 10 slices (chopped into 1" pieces)
- Sugar: 1cup
- Milk: 200ml
- Saffron strands: few (soaked in 25 ml warm milk)
- Ghee: 3 tbsp
- Chopped Nuts: 4 tbsp
2 tbsp of ghee fried pieces of bread and remove from pan. 1 tbsp of oil in the fry pan with remaining nuts and the nuts and keep aside.
Fried piece of bread, milk, bring to boil and take. Let cook a piece of bread in the milk.
When mixture thickens, milk with sugar, add the saffron strands and bring to boil again.
Let the mixture thicken, switch off the stove and garnish with fried nuts and serve.
