BANANA SCONES WITH DATES AND CINNAMON
THE HEALTH BENEFITS OF DATE FRUITS
Ingredients:
1 cup mashed ripe bananas ( use any sweet variety for enhanced flavor)
6 pieces date fruits- peel and minced
1/2 cup wheat flour
1 teaspoon cinnamon powder.
Olive oil and a pinch of salt
Mix all of the above ingredients into a slightly thick paste, to make scones. Apply like 2 or 3 tablespoons for each scone
Line pan with olive oil and pan fry until cooked. Or you may prefer to use butter instead
Makes a great dessert for tea.
