- 250 g tempeh, mashed
- 60 g button mushrooms / straw, puree
- 2 Tablespoon Cornstarch
- 1 Tablespoon chopped green onion
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper powder
- 1/4 tsp nutmeg powder
- 1 Tsp salt
- 1 egg, beaten

1. Blend mushrooms and eggs until smooth. Combine tempeh, cornstarch, scallions, pepper, salt, and nutmeg. Mix well.
