Ingredients:
- 2 tbsp. soy sauce
 - 2 tbsp. Hoisin sauce (Chinese BBQ Sauce)
 - 1 tbsp. brown sugar
 - 2 tbsp. dry sherry
 - 1 tbsp. olive oil
 - 1 1/2 tsp. honey
 - 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
 - 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
 - 2-3 lb. pork tenderloin
 
- Combine all ingredients except the pork and mix well.
 - Place pork tenderlion in a shallow baking dish (non metal).
 - Pour marinade over pork and marinate in refrigerator 6-8 hours.
 - Remove from marinade and cook over hot coals 35 minutes. Baste with remaining marinade. Slice pork thin.
