Pork Tenderloin Marinade with Mustard

Ingredients:
- 1 pork tenderloin, approximately 1 3/4 pound trimmed of fat (Serves 8)
- 1/4 c. coarse mustard
- 1/4 tsp. cinnamon
- 2 tsp. curry
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
Preparation:
- Combine all ingredients except pork.
- Coat the tenderloin with mixture. Cover and refrigerate for 6 to 8 hours.
- Wrap in foil and bake at 350 degrees for 1 to 1 1/4 hours (internal temperature 170 degrees).
- Let stand about 10 minutes before serving.
